Summary

Update selected fields on a scheduled WeCom meeting using its meeting ID. Enable each field’s update option to include it in the request; the meeting must still be scheduled.

Inputs

• meetingid (required) — ID of the scheduled meeting to update.
• update_title / title — Enable to set the meeting title; title is then required.
• update_time / meeting_start / meeting_duration — Enable to change the schedule. Provide both the start time and duration (300–86399 seconds).
• update_description / description — Enable to set the description; an empty value clears it.
• update_location / location — Enable to set the location; an empty value clears it.
• update_invitees / invitee_userids — Enable to replace the invitee list. Supply UserIDs separated by commas, vertical bars, or newlines; an empty value clears the list. Up to 300 IDs are supported.
• update_password / settings_password — Enable to set the meeting password; an empty value clears it. The declared format is 4–6 digits.
• update_hosts / settings_host_userids — Enable to replace the host list; an empty value clears it. Supply UserIDs separated by commas, vertical bars, or newlines; up to 10 IDs are supported.
• update_write_settings — Enable to write the displayed waiting-room, allow-before-host, screen-watermark, self-unmute, external-user, and enrollment settings.
• settings_enable_waiting_room, settings_allow_enter_before_host, settings_enable_screen_watermark, settings_allow_unmute_self, settings_allow_external_user, settings_enable_enroll — Settings values included when update_write_settings is enabled.
• settings_enable_enter_mute — Choose whether to enable entry mute, disable it, or enable it automatically for meetings with more than six attendees; “Do not modify” omits this setting.
• settings_remind_scope / settings_ring_userids — Choose the call reminder scope. For the “Specified members” scope, provide the ringing members’ UserIDs.
• settings_auto_record_type — Optionally set automatic recording to disabled, local, or cloud; the default omits this setting.
• updateMeetingExtraJson — JSON for additional settings or reminders. The UI description says these values are merged with the fields above, with JSON taking precedence.

Output shape

A single item containing the WeCom API response.

The operation sends an update request for the chosen meeting. The source pack provided shows only the operation’s function signatures, so the exact response fields and request details beyond the declared inputs cannot be confirmed from it.

Examples

Example 1: Change the title

Set meetingid, enable update_title, and enter title. Leave other update switches off.

Example 2: Reschedule the meeting

Set meetingid, enable update_time, then provide meeting_start and meeting_duration (300–86399 seconds).
