Summary

Sends a WeCom schedule email that also creates or modifies a schedule, or cancels an existing schedule. The subject is used as the schedule title and the body as its description.

Inputs

• subject (required) — Email subject and schedule title.
• toListCollection / to_userids (required) — Add recipient email addresses, WeCom UserIDs, or both; at least one recipient type is required. UserIDs can be separated by commas, Chinese commas, vertical bars, or newlines.
• ccListCollection / cc_userids — Optional CC email addresses and/or WeCom UserIDs.
• bccListCollection / bcc_userids — Optional BCC email addresses and/or WeCom UserIDs.
• contentType — Choose HTML (default) or plain text for the email body.
• content (required) — Email body and schedule description.
• enable_id_trans — Enable ID translation; the UI describes this as for third-party applications.
• attachmentCollection — Optional attachments, each with a filename and plain Base64 content without a data URL prefix. The UI allows up to 200 attachments and limits decoded attachments plus body to 50 MiB.
• scheduleMethod (required) — Choose “创建或修改” to create a schedule or modify one when a schedule ID is supplied, or “取消” to cancel a schedule.
• scheduleId — Schedule ID used to modify or cancel a schedule; leave blank to create a new one when creating or modifying.
• calStartTime / calEndTime (required) — Start and end date-times for create or modify mode.
• calLocation — Optional schedule location for create or modify mode.
• reminderSettings — Optional reminder and recurrence settings for create or modify mode, including reminder lead time, UTC offset, recurrence type and interval, recurrence days or months, and recurrence end time.
• schedule_admin_userids — Optional schedule administrator UserIDs for create or modify mode; the UI allows up to three and requires them to also be recipients.

Output shape

A list of items containing the WeCom API response for each input item.

The source pack provides only a signature-level view of the mail executor, so the exact response fields and whether cancellation sends an email cannot be confirmed from the supplied source.

Examples

Example 1: Creating or updating a schedule

Set the email subject and body, add at least one recipient by email or UserID, choose “创建或修改”, and provide start and end times. Optionally add a schedule ID to update an existing schedule, plus location, reminders, recurrence, administrators, and attachments.

Example 2: Cancelling a schedule

Choose “取消” and supply the schedule ID along with the required email subject, body, and at least one recipient.
