Summary

Create a WeCom collection form with a title, questions, and optional form settings such as access, administrators, and closing or repeat schedules. Configure the questions and any desired settings; the node submits them to WeCom to create the form.

Inputs

• 收集表标题 (required) — Title of the form.
• 问题列表 (required) — Add questions with a title, type, and optional required flag, note, input hint, and type-specific JSON settings. For single-choice, multiple-choice, and dropdown questions, provide comma-separated options. The UI description specifies a maximum of 200 questions.
• 空间ID — Optional space ID for the form.
• 父目录ID — Optional parent folder file ID; the UI says to use the space ID when placing the form in the root directory.
• 收集表描述 — Optional explanatory description.
• 表头背景图链接 — Optional URL for the form header background image.
• 收集表设置 — Optional advanced settings: fill permissions (everyone, selected company members/departments, or the listed school scope), selected members and departments when applicable, form administrators, scheduled closing time, multiple submissions per person, anonymous responses, submission notifications, and timed repetition with a repeat type, reminder timestamp, and JSON settings.

Output shape

A single item containing the WeCom API response for the form creation request.

The supplied source pack shows the WeDoc executor’s structure but omits the relevant function body, so the exact response fields and handling of optional settings cannot be confirmed from the source shown.
