Install

Update the sharing and join rules for a WeCom document, spreadsheet, or smart sheet. Choose which rule groups to overwrite; within each enabled group, set enterprise-internal or external access, joining permissions and approval requirements, external-sharing restrictions, or department-specific access.

Permission granted to enterprise-internal members who join: read-only or editable.
Whether an administrator must approve enterprise-internal members joining.

When enabled, updates whether sharing the document with people outside the enterprise is prohibited.
Whether to prohibit sharing the document externally.

Output shape

A single API response item for each input item.

The operation sends updates only for rule groups whose corresponding update switches are enabled. The source pack omits the implementation body, so the exact response fields are not shown.
