Summary

Submits an approval request to WeCom using a template, applicant, form data, summary lines, and either the template’s approval flow or a process specified in the request.

Inputs

• creator_userid (required) — Applicant’s WeCom UserID; the applicant must be within the app’s visible range.
• template_id (required) — ID of the approval template to use.
• use_template_approver (required) — Choose interface-specified approvers and CC recipients (0), which requires process nodes, or use the template’s configured approval flow (1, the default).
• choose_department — Department ID for the request; defaults to the applicant’s primary department.
• applyContentsCollection — Simple form for template controls: Text, Textarea, Number, PhoneNumber, Money, Date, DateRange, Selector, Contact, File, or Tips. Supply each control’s ID from the template and its relevant value, such as selector option keys, contact IDs, or attachment MediaIDs.
• apply_data_json — Complete apply_data object. A non-empty object takes precedence over the simple control form; an empty object uses that form.
• summaryLines (required) — Summary text and language (zh_CN or en) for up to three lines, each at most 20 characters.
• processNodeCollection — When use_template_approver is 0, specify process nodes with type (approver, CC, or handler), member UserIDs, and the multi-person approval mode for approver/handler nodes.
• approvalExtraJson — Additional request fields merged with the generated fields; values here take precedence for fields with matching names.

Output shape

A single item containing the WeCom API response for the submitted approval request.

The operation submits a request; it does not wait for the approval process to finish. API errors or invalid inputs fail the operation.
