Summary

Updates a specified Probo rights request record with provided details.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — The API key to authenticate with Probo.
• Rights Request ID (required) — The ID of the rights request to update.
• Request Type — The type of rights request (Access, Deletion, or Portability). Defaults to keeping the existing value.
• Request State — The state of the rights request (To Do, In Progress, or Done). Defaults to keeping the existing value.
• Data Subject — The data subject of the rights request.
• Contact — The contact for the rights request.
• Details — The details of the rights request.
• Deadline — The deadline for the rights request.
• Action Taken — The action taken for the rights request.

Output shape

No body — success/failure only

Returns a success status if the update is successful; otherwise, throws an error.

Examples

Example 1: Change the status of an existing rights request to 'Done'

Select 'Rights Request' resource, 'Update' operation. Enter the Rights Request ID. Set 'Request State' to 'Done'. Leave other fields blank.

Example 2: Update the deadline for a specific rights request

Select 'Rights Request' resource, 'Update' operation. Enter the Rights Request ID. Set 'Deadline' to the new date.
