Summary

Creates a new risk record in the specified Probo organization.

Inputs

• authentication (required) — Authentication method to use for the Probo API.
• organizationId (required) — The ID of the organization to create the risk in.
• name (required) — The name of the risk.
• category (required) — The category of the risk.
• treatment (required) — The treatment strategy for the risk (MITIGATED, ACCEPTED, AVOIDED, or TRANSFERRED).
• inherentLikelihood (required) — The initial likelihood of the risk (1-5).
• inherentImpact (required) — The initial impact of the risk (1-5).
• additionalFields — Optional additional fields such as description, note, owner ID, residual impact, and residual likelihood.

Output shape

A single record representing the newly created risk.

The output item contains the full data of the created risk object.

Examples

Example 1: Create a new high-impact risk with mitigation strategy.

Set name to 'Database Breach', category to 'Security', treatment to 'MITIGATED', inherentLikelihood to 4, and inherentImpact to 5.

Example 2: Create a low-risk with accepted treatment.

Set name to 'Minor User Error', category to 'Process', treatment to 'ACCEPTED', inherentLikelihood to 1, and inherentImpact to 1.
