Summary

Lists workflows from the connected n8n instance via its public API and filters them by a case-insensitive name substring, optionally restricting to active workflows.

Inputs

• Search — Text to match against workflow names (case-insensitive substring match, applied client-side after fetching). Only a single substring is matched, so a comma-separated list like "crm, invoice" is treated as one literal string. Leave empty to return all workflows.
• Only Active — When on, passes active=true to the n8n API so only active workflows are returned. Default off.

Output shape

One output item per input item, with json shaped as { workflows: [...] }. Each entry is a full workflow object as returned by the n8n API's list workflows endpoint.

Only the name is searched, not tags or content. Pagination is handled internally (100 per page, up to 20 pages, so about 2000 workflows maximum). Needs the n8nApi credential. Errors fail the node unless Continue On Fail is enabled, in which case an item with an error message is returned.
