Summary

Removes the "autoverse:favorite" tag from one or more n8n workflows via the n8n public API, so they no longer show as favorites in this node's workflow dropdowns.

Inputs

• Workflow Selection — How to choose the target workflows: From Searchable List (single, default), Multiple From List, Current Workflow (the workflow running this node; it must be saved first), or By URL or ID.
• Workflow Name or ID (required) — Single workflow picked from the list. Shown when the selection mode is 'list'.
• Workflow Names or IDs (required) — Several workflows picked from the list. Shown when the selection mode is 'multiple'.
• Workflow URL or IDs — Workflow URL, ID, or comma-separated list of IDs or URLs. Shown when the selection mode is 'manual'. IDs are parsed from URLs and de-duplicated.

Output shape

One item with a results array. Each entry is the updated workflow object returned by the n8n API PATCH /workflows/{id}, one per selected workflow.

The favorite tag is looked up by exact name 'autoverse:favorite'. If that tag doesn't exist, no tags are removed, and each workflow is still PATCHed with its existing tags. Workflows are processed sequentially. A failure on any workflow throws unless Continue On Fail is enabled, in which case an error item is emitted. Requires the n8nApi credential.

Examples

Example 1: Unfavorite a single workflow chosen from the list

Workflow Selection = From Searchable List; Workflow Name or ID = the target workflow.

Example 2: Clear favorites on several workflows at once

Workflow Selection = By URL or ID; Workflow URL or IDs = 'abc123, def456'.

Example 3: Unfavorite the workflow that is currently running

Workflow Selection = Current Workflow.
