Summary

Lists contacts from RD Station CRM API v2 (GET /contacts), with optional RDQL filters, sorting, and either single-page or fetch-all pagination. Each returned contact becomes one output item.

Inputs

• Filtros (filters) — Repeatable conditions of Field (name, job_title, email, phone, organization_id, created_at, updated_at, or custom_field), Operator (eq, neq, match, gt, lt, gte, lte, in, nin) and Value. For custom_field, also give the field slug, sent as @slug. Conditions are joined with spaces into the filter query string. Rows with an empty value are skipped. For in/nin, separate values with commas. A value containing spaces is quoted for eq/neq.
• Ordenar por (sortField) — Sort by Nome (name) or Data de Criação (created_at). Empty means no sort parameter is sent.
• Direção da Ordenação (sortDirection) — asc or desc (default desc). Only applied when a sort field is chosen.
• Buscar Todos os Registros (fetchAll) — When true, requests pages of 100 repeatedly until no links.next is returned. Stops after 1000 pages. Can be slow on large accounts.
• Limite Máximo (maxResults) — Shown only with fetchAll. Caps the total records returned. 0 means no limit.
• Paginação (pagination) — Shown only when fetchAll is off. Sets pageNumber (default 1) and pageSize (default 20, max 100) to fetch a single page.

Output shape

A list of contact records as returned by the RD Station API, emitted as one n8n item per contact and paired to the input item.

Without fetchAll, only one page is returned (the API's data array). With continueOnFail, a failed item yields {error: message}. Runs once per input item. Filter values are inserted into the URL unencoded.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch every contact at a given company, newest first

Filtros: organization_id eq ; Ordenar por Data de Criação, desc; Buscar Todos os Registros on.

Example 2: Look up contacts by email domain

Filtros: email match "@example.com"; fetchAll off; pageSize 50.

Example 3: Find contacts by custom CPF field

Filtros: Campo Personalizado, slug cpf, operator eq, value 123.456.789-00.
