Summary

Lists users from RD Station CRM API v2 (GET /users), with optional RDQL filters, sorting, and either single-page or fetch-all pagination. Returns one n8n item per user.

Inputs

• Filtros (filters) — Zero or more conditions, each with Campo (name, created_at, updated_at), Operador (eq, neq, match, gt, lt, gte, lte, in, nin) and Valor. Conditions are combined into a single RDQL filter query string (e.g. name:~John, -name:X, name:(a,b)). Rows with an empty value are skipped. For IN/NIN, separate values with commas. Values containing spaces are quoted for eq/neq.
• Ordenar por (sortField) — Sort field: none, name, created_at or updated_at. Sent as sort[field]. Nothing is sent if left as none.
• Direção da Ordenação (sortDirection) — asc or desc (default desc). Only applied when a sort field is chosen.
• Buscar Todos os Registros (fetchAll) — When true, requests pages of 100 and follows pages until the API returns no links.next. It stops at a hard cap of 1000 pages. Can be slow on large accounts.
• Limite Máximo (maxResults) — Shown only when fetchAll is on. Caps the total records returned. 0 means no limit.
• Paginação (pagination) — Shown only when fetchAll is off. Page number (default 1) and page size (1–100, default 20) for a single request.

Output shape

A list of items, one per user record, taken from the API response's data array. Each item holds the user object as returned by RD Station.

Without fetchAll, only the requested page is returned, so users on other pages are not included. If the response has no data field, the whole response is returned instead. With 'Continue on Fail' enabled, a failed input item yields an item with an error message. Otherwise the node throws a NodeApiError. The operation runs once per input item.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch every user in the account

Resource: Usuário, Operation: Listar, Buscar Todos os Registros = true, Limite Máximo = 0.

Example 2: Find users whose name contains 'Silva', newest first

Filtros: Campo=Nome, Operador=Contém (match), Valor=Silva; Ordenar por=Data de Criação; Direção=Decrescente; fetchAll=false.

Example 3: Get the second page of 50 users

fetchAll=false; Paginação: Página=2, Itens por Página=50.
