Summary

Lists tasks from RD Station CRM API v2 (GET /tasks), with optional RDQL filters, sorting, and either single-page or fetch-all pagination.

Inputs

• filters — Repeatable conditions of Field (subject, type, status, done, due_date, deal_id, contact_id, organization_id, owner_id, created_at, updated_at), Operator (eq, neq, match, gt, lt, gte, lte, in, nin) and Value. They are combined into a single space-separated RDQL filter query string. Conditions with an empty value are skipped. Values containing spaces are quoted for eq/neq. For in/nin, use comma-separated values.
• sortField — Sort by Name, created_at or updated_at; 'Nenhum' (the default) applies no sorting. Sent as sort[field].
• sortDirection — asc or desc (default desc). Only applied when a sort field is chosen.
• fetchAll — When true, requests pages of 100 repeatedly until no next link exists (hard cap of 1000 pages).
• maxResults — Only shown when Fetch All is on. Caps the total records returned; 0 means no limit.
• pagination — Only shown when Fetch All is off. Contains pageNumber (default 1) and pageSize (default 20, max 100).

Output shape

One n8n item per task returned (the response's data array is split into separate items).

Each input item triggers its own list request. With Fetch All off, only one page is returned. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors become an item with an error message. The 'Nome' sort option may not apply to tasks, since the filter field is 'subject' while tasks use 'name' on creation; this is not confirmed by the source.

Examples

Example 1: Get all open tasks for a specific deal

Filters: status eq open, deal_id eq ; Fetch All on.

Example 2: Find tasks due before a given date, newest first

Filters: due_date lt 2026-12-31; Sort by created_at, direction desc; Pagination pageSize 50.

Example 3: Pull tasks assigned to several owners

Filters: owner_id in 'id1,id2'; Fetch All on, Max Results 500.
