Summary

Lists companies (organizations) from RD Station CRM API v2, with optional RDQL filters, sorting, and either single-page or fetch-all pagination.

Inputs

• filters — Repeatable conditions, each with Field (name, owner_id, segment_ids, created_at, updated_at, or custom_field), Operator (eq, neq, match, gt, lt, gte, lte, in, nin) and Value. Conditions are combined into a single RDQL filter query string. Conditions with an empty value are skipped. For custom_field, set the Custom Field Slug (e.g. cnpj); it is sent as @slug. Values containing spaces are quoted for eq/neq. For IN/NIN, separate values with commas.
• sortField — Sort by Name, Created At or Updated At. 'None' (the default) sends no sort.
• sortDirection — asc or desc (default desc). Only applied when a sort field is chosen.
• fetchAll — If true, pages through all results automatically (100 per page, capped at 1000 pages). Default false.
• maxResults — Shown when Fetch All is on. Caps the total records returned; 0 means no limit.
• pagination — Shown when Fetch All is off. Page number (default 1) and Items per page (default 20, max 100).

Output shape

One n8n item per company returned by GET /crm/v2/organizations, containing the raw company fields from the API.

With Fetch All off, only the requested page is returned (the response's data array). With Fetch All on, results from all pages are combined, and Max Results truncates them. Errors stop the node, unless Continue On Fail is enabled. In that case an item with an error message is emitted.

Examples

Example 1: Get all companies owned by a specific user, newest first

Filter: field owner_id, operator eq, value ; Sort by Created At, direction desc; Fetch All on.

Example 2: Find a company by CNPJ custom field

Filter: field custom_field, slug cnpj, operator eq, value 12345678000199; Fetch All off with default pagination.

Example 3: Fetch the first 50 companies with names containing 'Acme'

Filter: name, operator match, value Acme; Fetch All on, Max Results 50.
