Summary

Lists lost reasons (motivos de perda) from RD Station CRM API v2 via GET /lost_reasons, with optional RDQL filtering, sorting, and either single-page or fetch-all pagination.

Inputs

• filters — Multiple conditions, each with Field (name, created_at, updated_at), Operator (eq, neq, match, gt, lt, gte, lte, in, nin) and Value. Built into an RDQL filter query string joined by spaces. Conditions with an empty value are skipped. For IN/NIN, separate values with commas. Values containing spaces are quoted for eq/neq.
• sortField — Sort by Nome, Data de Criação or Data de Atualização. The default 'Nenhum' applies no sort.
• sortDirection — asc or desc (default desc). Only applied when a sort field is chosen.
• fetchAll — If true, automatically pages through all results using a page size of 100 (stops after 1000 pages). Default false.
• maxResults — Shown when fetchAll is on. Caps the total records returned; 0 means no limit.
• pagination — Shown when fetchAll is off. Contains pageNumber (default 1) and pageSize (default 20, max 100).

Output shape

One output item per lost reason, taken from the API response's data array. Each item holds the lost reason fields as returned by RD Station.

Without fetchAll, only the requested page is returned. With continueOnFail enabled, a failed input item yields an item with an error message instead of stopping the run. Runs once per input item, so multiple input items repeat the list and return combined results.

Examples

Example 1: Get all lost reasons sorted alphabetically

Fetch All = true, Max Limit = 0, Sort by = Nome, Direction = asc

Example 2: Find lost reasons whose name contains 'preço'

Filters: Campo = Nome, Operador = Contém (match), Valor = preço; Fetch All = false

Example 3: Get recently updated lost reasons, first 50

Filter: updated_at >= 2025-01-01; Sort by Data de Atualização desc; Pagination pageSize = 50, pageNumber = 1
