Summary

Renames an existing lost reason (Motivo de Perda) in RD Station CRM v2 by sending a PUT to /lost_reasons/{id}, optionally appending to the current name instead of replacing it.

Inputs

• ID (required) — ID of the lost reason to update (resourceId); used in the URL /crm/v2/lost_reasons/{id}.
• Campos Adicionais — Collection with an optional 'Nome' field. If Nome is set, it becomes the name sent in the update. If empty, the request body is empty after cleaning.
• Modo de Escrita — 'Substituir (padrão)' overwrites the name. 'Adicionar ao existente' fetches the current lost reason first and concatenates the new name onto the existing one.
• Separador — Only shown in append mode. Separator placed between the existing and new name (default ' | ').

Output shape

One item per input item containing the updated lost reason object returned by the API (the response's data field, or the full response if data is absent).

In append mode, a GET is made first and the name is only appended if the existing name doesn't already include the separator plus new value. If Nome is empty in append mode, no GET is made and an empty-body PUT is sent. With 'Continue on Fail' enabled, errors are returned as {error: message} for that item.

Example 1: Rename a lost reason

Example 2: Append a note to an existing lost reason name
