Retrieve a conversation by ID from Richpanel

Inputs

• conversationId (required) — The ID of the conversation to retrieve
• getConversationOptions — Optional retrieval settings

Output shape

JSON object representing the conversation from the Richpanel API. Includes visitor profile data when show_visitor_profile is enabled.

The request is made to GET /tickets/${conversationId} with query parameter show_visitor_profile if the option is set.
