Retrieve a conversation by its number from the Richpanel API

Inputs

• conversationNumber (required) — The conversation number
• getConversationOptions — Optional request configuration, shown for get and getByNumber operations

Output shape

Conversation data as returned by the Richpanel API

The request includes an optional query parameter show_visitor_profile only when the corresponding option is explicitly set; otherwise it is omitted.

Examples

Example 1: Get conversation by number without visitor profile

Leave 'Show Visitor Profile' option disabled or unset; the API request will not include the show_visitor_profile query parameter.

Example 2: Get conversation by number with visitor profile

Enable the 'Show Visitor Profile' option; the API request will include show_visitor_profile=true as a query parameter.
