Summary

Merge a source contact into a target contact within the Walytic platform, deleting the source contact and consolidating its information into the target contact.

Inputs

• Source Contact ID (required) — The ID of the contact to merge FROM; this contact will be deleted after merging.
• Target Contact ID (required) — The ID of the contact to merge INTO; this contact will survive and receive merged data.

Output shape

a single record representing the merge operation's API response

Returns the response from the API call to /api/contacts/merge, typically confirming success or failure of the merge; no pagination or multiple items expected.

Examples

Example 1: Merge source contact 123 into target contact 456

Provide sourceId=123 and targetId=456 as input parameters.
