Summary

Retrieves a list of contacts from Zoho Bigin, optionally sorted, limited, and filtered by specific fields.

Inputs

• returnAll — If true, fetches all available contacts (max 200 per batch). If false, only fetches up to the Limit.
• limit — Maximum number of contacts to return per execution when returnAll is false. Range: 1-200.
• options.fields — Comma-separated list of contact fields to retrieve (e.g., 'First Name,Email').
• options.sort_by — The field to sort the results by (default: 'id').
• options.sort_order — Sort direction: 'asc' for ascending or 'desc' for descending (default: 'desc').

Output shape

A list of contact items, each containing raw Zoho Bigin data.

When returnAll is true, the node returns up to 200 contacts per execution. Pagination is handled automatically by the node.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch the last 50 contacts sorted by ID descending.

returnAll: false, limit: 50, sort_by: id, sort_order: desc

Example 2: Retrieve all contacts and only the email and phone fields.

returnAll: true, options.fields: Email,Phone

Example 3: Get the first 100 contacts sorted by email address ascending.

returnAll: false, limit: 100, options.sort_by: Email, options.sort_order: asc
