Summary

Fetches multiple Deal records from Zoho Bigin, with configurable field selection, sorting, and pagination limits.

Inputs

• returnAll — If true, requests up to 200 records per page to retrieve all results; if false, limits results based on the Limit parameter.
• limit — Maximum number of records to return per page (valid range: 1-200). Only applicable when Return All is false.
• options.fields — Comma-separated list of specific fields to retrieve (e.g., 'Deal_Name,Amount'). If empty, retrieves all default fields.
• options.sort_by — The field to sort results by (default: 'id').
• options.sort_order — Sort direction: 'asc' (Ascending) or 'desc' (Descending, default).

Output shape

A list of items, each containing a Deal object with all requested fields.

When Return All is true, the node makes multiple API requests (pagination) to fetch all available records. The maximum per-page limit is 200.

Examples

Example 1: List top 50 Deals sorted by Amount in descending order.

Set Return All to false, Limit to 50, Sort By to 'Amount', Sort Order to 'desc'.

Example 2: Fetch every Deal record, limiting to the last 10 per page to avoid timeouts.

Set Return All to true, Sort By to 'id', Sort Order to 'desc', and Limit to 10.
