Summary

Retrieves notes from Zoho Bigin, optionally sorted, paginated, or filtered by specific fields.

Inputs

• returnAll — Whether to retrieve all available notes or just a limited subset. If false, the Limit parameter is required.
• limit — Maximum number of notes to retrieve. Defaults to 50. Valid range is 1-200.
• options.fields — Comma-separated list of specific fields to retrieve from each note.
• options.sort_by — Field to sort the results by. Defaults to 'id'.
• options.sort_order — Sort order for results. Defaults to 'desc'.

Output shape

A list of note items, each containing the requested fields.

The node retrieves notes from the 'Notes' module in Zoho Bigin. When 'returnAll' is true, the request uses a per_page of 200. The source does not implement pagination loops for 'getAll', so setting 'returnAll' to true may result in incomplete data if the total note count exceeds 200.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve the last 50 notes sorted by ID in descending order

Set Return All to false, Limit to 50, Sort By to 'id', Sort Order to 'desc'.

Example 2: Retrieve all notes and limit output to only the Note Title and Content fields

Set Return All to true, Options > Fields to 'Note_Title,Note_Content'.
