Summary

Fetches multiple tasks from Zoho Bigin, supporting pagination, field selection, and sorting.

Inputs

• returnAll — Set to true to request all available tasks (up to the API limit of 200 per page). When false, you must specify a limit.
• limit — Maximum number of tasks to return per page. Valid range is 1-200. Only required when returnAll is false.
• options.fields — Comma-separated list of specific task fields to retrieve in the response.
• options.sort_by — The field to sort the results by (e.g., 'id', 'Subject'). Defaults to 'id'.
• options.sort_order — Sort order: 'asc' for ascending or 'desc' for descending. Defaults to 'desc'.

Output shape

A list of items, each containing a single task record.

If returnAll is true, the node iterates to fetch all pages. If returnAll is false, it returns the specified number of tasks per execution.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch the most recent 50 tasks sorted by ID descending

returnAll: false, limit: 50, sort_by: id, sort_order: desc

Example 2: Retrieve all tasks, limiting the fields to ID, Subject, and Status

returnAll: true, options.fields: id,Subject,Status

Example 3: Get up to 100 tasks sorted by Due Date in ascending order
