Creates or updates a Parallel AI list using the supplied list properties. Provide a list name and, when needed, its type, sharing settings, fields, or template ID; set Company ID when your authentication method or account requires choosing a company.

Inputs

• Company ID — Company that owns the list. Required for personal access key authentication. For company API key authentication, required only when the key's user can access multiple companies; for JWT authentication, optional and defaults to the active company.
• List Dict (required) — JSON object describing the list. Requires name (string). Optional properties include type (leads, companies, or custom; defaults to custom), sharing (visibility; defaults to Private), fields (column definitions when not using a template), and templateId (to create from a template).
