Summary

Retrieve a paginated list of activity events for a specified person, optionally filtered by event types, including engagement-only events and bot activities.

Inputs

• Person ID (required) — The unique identifier of the person whose activity is to be retrieved.
• Company ID — Company identifier; required when using PAK/API key authentication, optional for JWT authentication.
• Page — 1-indexed page number for paginated results; defaults to 1.
• Page Size — Number of events per page; defaults to 50, with a maximum of 200.
• Event Types — Comma-separated list of event types to include: open, click, schedule_view, schedule_booking, status_change, voice_call_completed. Omitting retrieves all event types.
• Engagement Only — When true, returns only engagement events.
• Include Bots — When true, includes activities generated by bots.

Output shape

a list of activity event records associated with the specified person, each including details such as event type and timestamp

Results are paginated according to the Page and Page Size inputs. If Company ID is omitted and required, the request may fail. Event filters apply if supplied.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve first page of all activity events for a person with engagement and bot filtering.

Person ID set; Company ID provided if using API key auth; Page and Page Size set; Event Types left blank for all; Engagement Only and Include Bots set as needed.
