Summary

Create a LearningSuite calendar event with a required name, start date and time, time zone, repetition interval, and join link. Optionally grant access to selected bundles, groups, or members; set the description, duration, series end date, priority, reminders, and phase-specific links.

Inputs

• Name (required) — Event display name (up to 35 characters).
• Start Date and Start Time (required) — First occurrence date (YYYY-MM-DD) and time (24-hour HH:mm), interpreted in the selected time zone.
• Time Zone (required) — IANA time zone for the event, such as Europe/Berlin.
• Repetition Interval (required) — One Time, Weekly, or Bi-Weekly.
• Link (required) — Event URL for members to join.
• Additional Fields — Optionally choose bundles, groups, or members to grant access; add a description, duration in minutes, inclusive end date for a repeating series, or display priority (0–9).
• Reminders — Configure push and/or email reminders. For each channel you add, set whether it is enabled and how many minutes before each occurrence to send it.
• Link Stages — Set Before, During, and After phase links with optional availability windows and button or status labels. During is required when using stages; Before and After are optional. Stages take precedence over the single Link.

Output shape

A single item containing the created calendar event returned by LearningSuite.

The event may be a one-time or recurring series. Configured reminders notify users with access before each occurrence.
