Summary

Set multiple custom field values for a specified user, optionally targeting a specific profile via ID, index, or name, with control over how file-type values are handled (add, replace, or conditional replace).

Inputs

• User Name or ID (required) — The ID of the user whose custom field data should be updated; choose from the list or specify an ID via expression.
• Profile ID — Optional Profile ID to select a specific profile for the update; takes precedence over Profile Index and Profile Name.
• Profile Index — Optional index of the profile to update; ignored if Profile ID is set; if unspecified or invalid, defaults to the first profile.
• File Value Mode — How to handle existing file values when updating file-type custom fields: 'Add' appends files, failing if limits exceeded; 'Replace' overwrites all files; 'Replace if Limit Reached' appends but replaces files if limit reached.
• Field Values (required) — The set of custom fields and their respective values to update on the user profile. Supports adding multiple fields at once, with field keys and values defined explicitly.

Output shape

a single record containing details of the updated user custom fields, including any normalized or processed field data

Returns the updated field data after setting values; supports multiple fields at once and respects profile selection and file value mode. Requires valid user ID and field values.
