Summary

Update a calendar event series by specifying its ID and modifying selected fields; optionally adjust reminder settings and per-phase links for the event.

Inputs

• Calendar Event Name or ID (required) — ID of the calendar event series to update, selectable from a list or specified via expression.
• Fields to Update (required) — Specify one or more fields to update; only provided fields are changed, others remain unchanged. To clear Description, Duration, or End Date, use the expression {{ null }}.
• Reminders — Configure reminder channels (Push, Email) and their lead times. Leaving empty preserves existing reminders; supplying this replaces all reminder channels; adding both channels with Enabled turned off removes all reminders.
• Link Stages — Define per-phase links for the event (Before, During, After phases). 'During' phase is required when using Link Stages. Setting this replaces all existing link phases and takes precedence over a single link.

The API updates only fields provided, and returns the updated event data. Use expressions to clear specific fields where allowed. Updating reminders or link stages replaces existing settings accordingly.

Examples

Example 1: Update the description and duration of an event series while disabling email reminders.

Specify the event series ID, map Description and Duration fields with new values, and set the Email reminder channel to Enabled false.
