Summary

Simulates a TurboDocx webhook event to test notifications or workflow triggers.

Inputs

• eventType (required) — The event type to simulate (e.g., signature.document.completed).
• payload — JSON object delivered as the event payload (defaults to {}).

Output shape

No body — returns a success message.

This operation is intended for testing webhook configurations; it does not interact with the TurboDocx API.

Examples

Example 1: Test signature completion workflow

Set event type to 'Signature Document Completed' and payload to {"documentId": "123", "status": "completed"}.

Example 2: Test recipient view notification

Set event type to 'Signature Document Viewed' and payload to {"recipientId": "user-456", "viewTime": "2023-10-01T12:00:00Z"}.
