Summary

Retrieve multiple quote records from TurboDocx with optional filtering and pagination.

Inputs

• Return All — Whether to return all quotes matching the filters or only up to a specified limit.
• Limit — Maximum number of quote records to return when not returning all. Defaults to 50, min 1, max 100.
• Filters — Optional filters to apply when retrieving quotes. Includes Company ID, Contact ID, Currency, Search Query (by name or quote number), and Statuses (selected from a set of quote statuses).

Output shape

A list of quote objects matching the filters and pagination parameters.

If 'Return All' is set to true, all quotes up to the API's maximum pagination are returned. Otherwise, up to 'Limit' results are returned. Filtering parameters are optional; without filters, quotes are returned unfiltered. The output is the raw list of quote data as returned by the TurboDocx API.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch up to 25 quotes filtered by status 'sent' and currency 'USD'

Set 'Return All' to false, 'Limit' to 25, 'Filters' with statuses set to 'Sent' and currency to 'USD'.

Example 2: Fetch all quotes for a specific company

Set 'Return All' to true, 'Filters' with the specific company UUID in 'Company ID'.
