Summary

Create a new quote with specified line items and bundle items for a given company and contact, then send the quote via email with optional additional settings such as CC addresses, currency, tax rate, validity dates, and renewal terms.

Inputs

• Name (required) — The name of the quote.
• Company ID (required) — UUID identifying the company the quote is for.
• Contact ID (required) — UUID identifying the contact the quote is addressed to.
• Line Items — JSON array of product line items, each including productId, productName, unitPrice, billingFrequency, and optional quantity, discountPercent, discountType, and discountAmount.
• Bundle Items — JSON array of bundle line items, each including bundleId, bundleName, and optional quantity, discountPercent, discountType, discountAmount, and showItemsToEndUser.
• Additional Fields — Optional collection of additional quote parameters including CC emails (comma-separated), currency (AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, INR, USD), price book ID, renewal period (required if termDays is -1), send valid until date, tax rate as percentage, term days (-1 for auto-renewal or positive integer), and valid until date.

Output shape

A single JSON object representing the created and sent quote.

The output object includes details of the quote as created and sent by the TurboDocx API. Validation rules apply such as requiring a renewal period if term days is -1 and ignoring that field otherwise. Errors will be raised on invalid input.
