Summary

Retrieve a summary of conversation statistics reports for a ChatWoot account, optionally filtered by report type, object ID, and date range.

Inputs

• Account Id (required) — The numeric ID of the ChatWoot account for which to fetch conversation statistics.
• Type (required) — The type of report to generate. Options include 'account', 'agent', 'inbox', 'label', or 'team'.
• Id — Optional identifier specific to the report type (used when type is 'agent', 'inbox', or 'label') to filter the report to that particular object.
• Since — Timestamp string marking the start date/time for the report data.
• Until — Timestamp string marking the end date/time for the report data.

Output shape

a list of conversation statistics summary objects corresponding to the specified report type and filters

Supports optional query parameters 'id', 'since', and 'until' to filter report results. Pagination or batching options may be applied through the node's request options settings.

Examples

Example 1: List all conversation statistics summary for an account

Set Account Id to a valid numeric account ID and Type to 'account'. Leave Id, Since, and Until blank for all-time summary.
