Summary

Retrieve a list of Activity records from the Acumatica API, applying optional filters on multiple fields to narrow down results.

Inputs

• Body Filter — Filter results by the Activity's Body field using operators Equals, Contains, or Starts With.
• Date Filter — Filter results by the Activity's Date field using operators Equals, After, On or After, Before, or On or Before.
• Internal Filter — Filter results by whether the Activity is marked as Internal, with an Equals operator.
• Owner Filter — Filter results by the Activity's Owner field with operators Equals, Contains, or Starts With.
• Status Filter — Filter results by the Activity's Status with operators Equals, Contains, or Starts With.
• Summary Filter — Filter results by the Activity's Summary field with operators Equals, Contains, or Starts With.
• Task Filter — Filter results by the Activity's Task field with operators Equals, Contains, or Starts With.
• Type Filter — Filter results by the Activity's Type field with operators Equals, Contains, or Starts With.
• Workgroup Filter — Filter results by the Activity's Workgroup field with operators Equals, Contains, or Starts With.
• Created By ID Filter — Filter results by the ID of the user who created the Activity with operators Equals, Contains, or Starts With.
• Created Date Time Filter — Filter results by the Activity's created date/time using operators Equals, After, On or After, Before, or On or Before.
• Last Modified Date Time Filter — Filter results by the Activity's last modified date/time using operators Equals, After, On or After, Before, or On or Before.
• Related Entity Type Filter — Filter results by the Related Entity Type field with operators Equals, Contains, or Starts With.
• Related Entity Description Filter — Filter results by the Related Entity Description field with operators Equals, Contains, or Starts With.
• Custom Filter — Provide an advanced OData $filter expression string to apply additional or custom query filters.

Output shape

a list (array) of Activity records matching the specified filters, each including their respective data fields

Filters are combined into an OData $filter query parameter; the custom filter expression is applied in addition to standard filters. If no filters are set, all Activities are returned subject to API limits or pagination (not explicitly described). Returned data shape follows the Acumatica Activity schema.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve activities created after a specified date with summary containing 'meeting'

Set the Created Date Time Filter with operator 'After' and a date value, and the Summary Filter with operator 'Contains' and value 'meeting'. Leave other filters empty.
