Summary

Create a new account in Cakemail with required properties and optional additional settings.

Inputs

• Account ID — Optional account ID for multi-tenant operations; if omitted, the authenticated account is used.
• Name (required) — Name of the new account.
• Email (required) — Primary email address for the new account.
• Additional Fields — Optional additional account details such as account type, parent account ID (for child accounts), status, language, timezone, currency, and JSON settings.

Output shape

a single JSON object representing the newly created account.

Settings field within Additional Fields must be valid JSON. The output includes all account properties returned by the Cakemail API upon creation.

Examples

Example 1: Create a standalone account with name, primary email, and language setting.

Specify 'Name', 'Email', and optionally within Additional Fields set 'Account Type' to 'Standalone' and 'Language' to desired locale.
