Summary

Create a new sub-account in Cakemail.

Inputs

• accountId — Optional: Specify an account ID for multi-tenant operations. If not provided, uses the authenticated account.
• companyName (required) — Name of the sub-account company.
• email (required) — Email address for the sub-account.
• additionalFields — A collection of optional additional fields for the sub-account, including first name, last name, phone, address, city, province/state, postal code, country, language, and timezone.

Examples
