Update a contact's details in Cakemail.

Inputs

• accountId — Optional: Specify an account ID for multi-tenant operations. If not provided, uses the authenticated account.
• contactId (required) — The ID of the contact to update.
• additionalFields — Additional fields to update, including first name, last name, company, phone numbers, language, timezone, tags, and custom attributes.

Returns the updated contact information. Make sure all required fields, such as contact ID, are provided.
