Summary

Create a suppressed email entry in Cakemail to prevent emails from being sent to the specified address.

Inputs

• accountId — Optional: Specify an account ID for multi-tenant operations. If not provided, uses the authenticated account.
• email (required) — Email address to suppress.
• additionalFields — Optional fields such as reason for suppression.

Output shape

no body — success/failure only

If successful, no data is returned; if there are errors, appropriate error messages will be provided.
