Schedule a campaign for sending at a specified time.

Inputs

• accountId — Optional: Specify an account ID for multi-tenant operations. If not provided, uses the authenticated account.
• campaignId (required) — The ID of the campaign.
• scheduledFor — When to send the campaign in ISO 8601 format (UTC timezone). Leave empty to send immediately.
