Summary

Lists envelopes from the DocuSign account, either all of them (auto-paginated) or up to a limit, optionally narrowed by status, date range, or search text.

Inputs

• authentication — Auth method: JWT (Service Integration, default) or OAuth2 (User Authorization).
• returnAll — If true, fetches every matching envelope by following pagination; default false.
• limit — Max envelopes to return when Return All is off (1–100, default 50).
• filters — Optional collection with Status (created, sent, delivered, signed, completed, declined, voided), From Date, To Date, and Search Text (matches subject or recipient).

Output shape

A list of envelope records from the DocuSign envelopes list API, emitted as n8n items.

The source pack shows only the handler name (handleEnvelopeGetAll), not its body, so exact filter-to-query mapping and output item splitting are not confirmed. Return All uses pagination helper that follows nextUri links. Fields returned are those DocuSign provides for envelope list entries.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch the 20 most recent completed envelopes

Return All off, Limit 20, Filters: Status = Completed

Example 2: Audit all envelopes sent in a given month

Return All on, Filters: From Date = 2026-09-01, To Date = 2026-09-30

Example 3: Find envelopes mentioning a client

Filters: Search Text = 'Acme', Limit 50
