Summary

Retrieve suppliers from HaloPSA, optionally searching by text and including active or inactive records. Choose whether to return all results or cap the response at a limit.

Inputs

• Return All — Defaults to false. When false, the result is capped by Limit; when true, the node requests all results.
• Limit — Maximum number of results when Return All is false; defaults to 50.
• Search — Optional text to search for suppliers; defaults to an empty string.
• Include Active — Whether to include active suppliers; defaults to true.
• Include Inactive — Whether to include inactive suppliers; defaults to false.

Output shape

A list of supplier records, emitted as n8n items.

Results may be limited by Limit unless Return All is enabled. The supplied source pack shows the operation signature but omits its implementation body, so exact API query mapping and pagination behavior are not visible.

Examples

Example 1: List active suppliers whose names match a search term

Set Search to the term and leave Include Active enabled and Include Inactive disabled.

Example 2: Retrieve active and inactive suppliers

Enable Include Inactive; enable Return All to request all results.
