Summary

Reads FAQs from OnPrintShop using the Complete API faq query. Choose Fields or provide an Arguments JSON object, then select all returned fields or a custom set; the operation does not intentionally change records.

Inputs

• Safe Mode — Boolean, default false. The UI describes this as blocking Complete API mutations; this FAQ operation is a read.
• Input Mode — Choose Fields (default) to enter arguments individually, or JSON Object to provide them together.
• Parameters — In Fields mode, optional integer arguments: Faq ID, Faqcat ID, Limit, and Offset. These filter the FAQs or set the result page.
• Arguments JSON — In JSON Object mode, provide the API arguments as a JSON object. The declared fields are faq_id, faqcat_id, limit, and offset.
• Return Fields Mode — Choose All Fields (default) or Custom Selection.
• Return Fields — In Custom Selection mode, choose FAQ fields: category and product IDs, answer, category name and ID, FAQ ID, question, type, sort order, status, and total FAQ count.

Output shape

A list of FAQ records, emitted as n8n items.

Each FAQ item includes the selected FAQ fields, totalFaq, and _operation set to faq. The node sends a read-only GraphQL query and adds snake_case/camelCase response aliases. UI metadata says fields may be customized; source behavior builds the query from that selection, falling back to the full FAQ field set if it is empty. The execution path for the separate faq/getMany legacy action remaps to product/getManyFAQs; the supplied Complete API/Faq operation is dispatched by the imported Complete API handler.
