Product Stock → Get Many

AI-generated

Summary

Lists OnPrintShop product stock records for auditing or synchronization. Choose whether to read product stock by size or product-option stock by size and option combination, then optionally filter by product, set pagination, and select returned stock fields.

Inputs

  • Safe Mode — Boolean, default false. The supplied source does not apply this setting to Product Stock Get Many.
  • Fetch All Pages — Boolean, default false. When enabled, fetches pages of up to the configured Page Size, ignoring Limit and Offset. The implementation stops after 100 pages or when a page is short or the reported total is reached.
  • Stock Type (required) — Choose Product (default) for size-based stock or Product Option for size-and-option combinations.
  • Query Parameters — Optional Product ID filter. Limit (default 50, maximum 250) and Offset (default 0) apply to a single-page request; when fetching all pages, Page Size (default 250, maximum 250) and Page Delay (default 50 ms) control paging instead. Product ID is optional, including for Product Option stock.
  • Stock Fields Mode — Choose Custom Selection (default), All Fields, or No Fields for the stock record fields. No Fields may produce an invalid root GraphQL selection if the API requires at least one field.
  • Stock Fields — Fields to return in Custom Selection mode: credited, debited, or current stock; location; option details; product ID or name; size ID or title; and stock ID. All are selected by default. Stock ID is useful for subsequent stock updates; Option Details describes combinations and Location gives warehouse or shelf placement.

Output shape

A list of n8n items, one per stock record.

Each record contains the selected fields plus _totalStocks and _currentCount for the requested page. With Fetch All Pages enabled, records are returned without those count metadata fields. An empty result produces an item with an error message and productId (null when no product ID was provided).
