Summary

Lists OnPrintShop orders using the legacy action, with optional filters and selected order, customer, product, address, and shipment fields. Use Safe Mode to retry a failed first page with only order fields, reducing nested response data.

Inputs

• Safe Mode — Defaults to false. For this legacy action, it affects the response only when Fetch All Pages is enabled: if the first page returns GraphQL errors, the node retries with order fields only, omitting customer, product, address, and shipment details.
• Query Parameters — Optional filters: customer ID, from/to dates, order product status, order status, order type (all, standard, or quote), order ID, order product ID, and store ID. Also includes Limit (default 50), Offset (default 0), Page Size (default 250, maximum 250), and Delay Between Pages (default 100 ms; minimum 50 ms).
• Fetch All Pages — Defaults to false. When enabled, fetches pages of orders up to the 250-record page size, ignoring Limit and Offset. The implementation starts at offset 0, pauses adaptively between full pages, and stops after 100 pages.
• Order Fields — Selects order fields to return; defaults to the listed order fields, including order ID, status, dates, amounts, and payment and shipping details.
• Customer Fields — Selects customer fields nested in each order; defaults to customer name, email, phone, company, and other customer details.
• Product Fields — Selects product fields nested in each order; defaults to order product ID, name, SKU, price, quantity, and status.
• Blind Detail Fields — Selects blind shipping address fields nested in each order; defaults to name, company, street, suburb, city, postcode, state, state code, and country.
• Delivery Detail Fields — Selects delivery address fields nested in each order; defaults to name, company, street, suburb, city, postcode, state, state code, country, telephone, and extra field.
• Billing Detail Fields — Selects billing address fields nested in each order; defaults to name, company, street, suburb, city, postcode, state, state code, country, telephone, and extra field.
• Shipment Detail Fields — Selects shipment fields nested in each order; defaults to shipping type ID, tracking number, company, total weight, and package.

Output shape

A list of order items, with one item per returned order.

Each order includes the selected fields and a _totalOrders value. With Fetch All Pages enabled, items also include pagination metadata (_autoPaginated, _totalPages, _pageSize, _totalRecords, and _paginationInfo). The node makes a read-only GraphQL request; API or GraphQL errors fail the operation unless Continue On Fail is enabled.
