Summary

Retrieve OnPrintShop FAQs, optionally filtered by FAQ ID or category, and return the selected fields as workflow items.

Inputs

• Safe Mode — Global toggle; the supplied properties describe mutation blocking in Complete API and reduced response fields for legacy actions. The FAQ list handler does not read this parameter.
• Fetch All Pages — Fetch successive pages until the reported FAQ total is reached. When enabled, the operation uses a page size of 100 and starts at offset 0, ignoring the configured limit and offset.
• Query Parameters — Optionally filter by FAQ Category ID or FAQ ID. Limit defaults to 50 and Offset to 0; these are used for a single-page request when Fetch All Pages is off.
• FAQ Fields Mode — Select Custom Selection, All Fields, or No Fields for the FAQ fields group. The source uses the selected fields, falling back to all listed FAQ fields if the selection is empty.
• FAQ Fields — Fields to return in Custom Selection mode: category_ids, faq_answer, faq_category_name, faq_id, faq_question, faq_type, faqcat_id, product_ids, sort_order, and status. All are selected by default.

Output shape

A list of items, one per FAQ returned.

Each FAQ item contains the selected FAQ fields, the API's totalFaq value, and _operation set to getManyFAQs. Fetch All Pages is governed by the reported totalFaq; an empty result list produces no FAQ items.
