Summary

Update an OnPrintShop order’s status or an individual order product’s status through the Complete API. Provide the required update input as fields or a JSON object, then choose which mutation result fields to return.

Inputs

• Safe Mode — When enabled, blocks mutations in the Complete API.
• Input Mode — Choose Fields to enter the update values in the form, or JSON Object to provide arguments as JSON.
• Input (required) — In Fields mode, supply the UpdateOrderStatusInput values. Optional fields are Comment, Courier Company Name, Notify (integer), Order Product Status, Order Status, Product Info, Shipping Method, Shipping Type, Template Info, and Tracking Number.
• Type (required) — Select Order for an order-level status update or Product for an order-product-level update.
• Parameters — In Fields mode, provide the Orders ID for an order update or the Orders Products ID for a product update.
• Arguments JSON — In JSON Object mode, provide the Complete API arguments as a JSON object, including the update input and the selected type and corresponding ID.
• Partial Response — Choose to fail on errors or return partial data. Partial results may include failures that should be reconciled before further writes.
• Return Fields Mode — Return all mutation result fields or select a custom subset.
• Return Fields — When Custom Selection is chosen, select ID, Message, and/or Result.

Output shape

A list of items, each containing the mutation result.

The result includes the selected fields from OnPrintShop’s updateOrderStatus response (id, message, result by default). GraphQL errors fail the operation unless the node is configured to continue on failure; Safe Mode blocks the mutation.
