Summary

Fetches OnPrintShop orders through the Complete API using optional filters, pagination, and a selectable set of order and nested fields. The operation reads API data and does not intentionally change records.

Inputs

  • Safe Mode — Defaults to off. When enabled, if the first paginated request returns GraphQL errors, retries that page with only the selected order-level fields, omitting customer, product, address, and shipment details.
  • Input Mode — Choose Fields to configure parameters individually, or JSON Object to provide API arguments as JSON.
  • Parameters / Arguments JSON — Optional API filters: customer email or ID, from/to dates, order and order-product status, order type (Lt or Gt), order ID, order-product ID, and store ID. The API limit and offset are also available. In JSON mode, supply these as an arguments object.
  • Pagination — Off sends the configured API limit and offset for one request. All Records fetches successive pages; Limit Records fetches pages up to Max Records.
  • Page Size — Maximum records requested per page when pagination is enabled; defaults to 250 and is constrained to 1–1000 in the UI.
  • Page Delay (Ms) — Delay between page requests when pagination is enabled; defaults to 50 ms.
  • Max Pages — Pagination safety cap; defaults to 1000. Reaching it before completion fails instead of returning partial results.
  • Max Records — Record cap for Limit Records pagination; defaults to 10. Zero is allowed by the UI.
  • Return Fields Mode — Return all available fields or select a custom subset.
  • Return Fields — In Custom Selection mode, choose fields from the order, customer, product, billing, blind, delivery, and shipment data, plus currentCount and totalOrders.

Output shape

A list of n8n items, typically one per order.

Each order item contains the selected fields and a _totalOrders count. With paginated retrieval, items also include _autoPaginated, _totalPages, _pageSize, _totalRecords, and _paginationInfo. The response includes the chosen nested data when selected; Safe Mode's fallback query omits nested groups.

Examples

Example 1: Get recent orders for a customer

Set Customer ID and a From Date; leave Pagination off to use one API page, or select All Records to retrieve successive pages.

Example 2: Retrieve order and product details for a store

Set Store ID, choose Custom Selection, and include the required order and product fields in Return Fields.
