Summary

Retrieve a case from the RedCarbon platform using the external source system's ID and its incident ID within that source.

Inputs

• Source ID (required) — ID della sorgente (Source system ID) to identify the external source system.
• Source Incident ID (required) — ID dell'incidente nella sorgente (Incident ID in the source system) to identify the specific incident in the external source.

a single record containing the case details retrieved by the source reference

The operation performs a GET request to the endpoint /cases/by-source/{sourceId}/{sourceIncidentId} and returns the corresponding case data from RedCarbon. If no case matches, the response will be empty or an error may occur. The response is wrapped as JSON array item for further workflow processing.

Example 1: Retrieve a case by external source reference

Provide 'Source ID' and 'Source Incident ID' corresponding to the external source to fetch the linked case from RedCarbon.
