Summary

Search cases using various optional filters and pagination parameters to retrieve a list of matching cases.

Inputs

• searchOptions — Optional filters and pagination parameters including assignees (comma-separated), filter tags (comma-separated), order by 'Created At' or 'Updated At', number of cases to skip, statuses (comma-separated among specified values), start time, stop time, and number of cases to take (1-100).

Output shape

a list of case records matching the specified search criteria

Supports pagination via 'skip' and 'take' parameters. Filters like assignees, statuses, and tags accept comma-separated strings which are parsed into lists. Returned data is an array of case objects as provided by the RedCarbon API's /cases endpoint.
