Summary

Searches SendSeven contacts using one search term. The operation uses Search Query first, then Email, then Phone if earlier fields are empty; it sends the chosen value as the API’s search parameter and returns contacts in a normalized format.

Inputs

• Authentication — Choose API Key or OAuth2 credentials.
• Search Query — Search contacts by name. Takes precedence over Email and Phone when populated.
• Email — Email address used as the search term if Search Query is empty.
• Phone — Phone number in international format, used as the search term if Search Query and Email are empty.
• Return All — When enabled, fetches and returns all available pages. Defaults to false.
• Limit — Maximum number of contacts to return when Return All is off; defaults to 50 and accepts 1–100.

Output shape

A list of contact records, with one n8n output item per contact.

Each record includes id, name, email, phone, avatarUrl, language, isBlocked, contactMethods, customFields, tags, lastContactedAt, createdAt, and updatedAt. If Search Query, Email, and Phone are all empty, the request has no search parameter and returns contacts without that filter. When Return All is enabled, the node paginates through results, with a safety cap of 100 pages.
