Summary

Searches SendSeven conversations and returns each match as an n8n item. You can filter by contact, status, channel type, or whether a reply is needed, and choose to return all results or limit the request to a page.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Choose API Key or OAuth2 credentials.
• Filters — Optional filters: Contact ID, Status (open or closed), Channel Type, and Needs Reply. Channel Type is applied after fetching results, so it can reduce the returned items below the selected limit.
• Return All — When enabled, fetches pages of up to 100 conversations until all pages are retrieved, subject to a 100-page safety limit.
• Limit — When Return All is off, sets the page size for the API request. Defaults to 50; the UI allows values from 1 to 100.

Output shape

A list of conversation items, one per match.

Each item contains conversation fields such as id, contactId, contactName, channelType, status, subject, needsReply, and timestamps. Empty filters are omitted. Channel Type is filtered client-side after pagination or the single limited request.
