Summary

Fetch a single WAOtomatis session (a connected WhatsApp number) by id and return its details as one item.

Inputs

• sessionId (required) — Session to retrieve, chosen with a resource locator. 'From List' is a searchable dropdown of your sessions, labelled with label, phone number and status. 'By ID' takes an id such as sess_01H… (letters, digits, underscore and hyphen only). Expressions work. The node throws 'No session selected.' if the value is empty.

Output shape

One item per input item. Its json is the session object returned by GET /v1/sessions/{sessionId}.

The exact fields come from the API and aren't defined in the node. The list view suggests id, label, phoneNumber and status. The node needs a waotomatisApi credential. API errors are raised as NodeApiError with the API's message, code and request id. With Continue On Fail enabled, a failed item returns json.error instead.

Examples

Example 1: Check that a WhatsApp number is connected before sending a message.
